ADHD Counselling Online (UK-Wide & In-Person in Stevenage, Hertfordshire

Helping you feel heard and understood

Support for ADHD Adults, Teens (16+) and Parents

Living with ADHD can feel exhausting, frustrating and often invisible to others. Whether you've just discovered you might have ADHD, you're waiting for an assessment, or you've known for years but you still struggle day-to-day, you deserve support.

As an autistic counsellor with lived experience of neurodivergence, I understand what it's like when the world feels designed for everyone but you.  My approach to ADHD counselling is practical, flexible and affirming - no judgment, no pressure to "just try harder".
